From recent demographic studies the Cordova Community consists predominantly of persons below the age of 45.  While everyone is welcomed and wanted, the decisions concerning the practices and methodology of the CCC will be determined by asking the question, “What will best serve God in reaching the un-churched of this demographic of people.”  In other words, “What does God want us to do in Cordova?”  If our demographic changes, we will seek to change with it.  Using a variety of contemporary formats, we desire to reach the believer as well as those far from God with a message that is as satisfying to the head as it is to the heart and brings them toward maturity in Christ.

We will meet in home groups, or “Cells.”

We will plant other churches.

We will focus on Children in order to save the next generation

We will focus on Outreach, rather than programs.

We will have a Christ centered, contemporary worship service.

We will place a major importance on supporting the poor and helpless.

We will treat every partner as a leader.
